A Boston native, Eddie Hou has a deep-rooted passion for real estate. At just age 18, he passed his real estate exam and earned his license, and at age 21 he earned his broker license.
Eddie's academic journey includes graduating from Dexter School and earning a B.S. in Biology and Economics, Cum Laude, from Brandeis University. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Eddie has successfully assisted clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Downtown Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Allston/Brighton, Seaport, East Boston, Medford, Newton, Wellesley, and beyond. His achievements include record-breaking sales and rentals at prestigious developments such as Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences, Pierce Boston, Slip65/45 at Clippership Wharf, and Nevins Hill Residences. Eddie has also been closely involved with the development teams for notable projects like Echelon Seaport, One Dalton Four Seasons, Winthrop Center Residences, Trio Newton, and Hub50. Eddie played a key role in the developer sales team at Slip65 on the East Boston waterfront, where 50% of the units sold in just one weekend.
